The Franchise and Affinity Division was formed to provide property/casualty insurance solutions for a wide array of franchise and association groups.  We can access the various insurance products currently offered by Appalachian Underwriters, but we also have the capability to create customized products to meet specific needs.  We take a unique outside-the-box approach to ‘endorsed’ program development and have the flexibility to work with a single agent/broker selected by the franchisor/association, or open distribution through our 19,000 appointed agencies.

Current industries served include Builders and Contractors, Staffing, Janitorial, Nursing Home/Assisted Living, Retail/Mercantile, Restaurants, Bars and Taverns.

Pay-As-You-Go Workers' Compensation:

Our PAYGO workers’ compensation program can be accessed via the Affinity Division for franchisees or association members that are utilizing a Payroll Service Bureau, Administrative Services Organization (ASO) or a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).  Visit the PAYGO section of our website for additional information.
